The Black And White Ruffed Lemur is named for their fluffy appearance which comes in black and white, there are around 111 different types of lemur which are all from Madagascar. Black And White Ruffed Lemurs are among the biggest lemur species for pollination in Madagascar. 

Range

Black & White Ruffed Lemurs are only found in the lush rainforests of Madagascar. They spend most of their time high up in the trees, swinging from branch to branch with incredible agility.

Diet

These lemurs are omnivores, meaning they eat a variety of foods including fruits, leaves, flowers, and even insects. Visitors can observe their feeding habits and learn more about their diet during our animal encounters.

Lifespan

Black & White Ruffed Lemurs have an average lifespan of 20-25 years in the wild. In human care, they can live even longer, providing us with the opportunity to study and appreciate these fascinating creatures for many years.
