How can I book a session in the Meet & Greet?

Booking a session for our animal Meet & Greet is easy! Simply visit our 'Plan your visit' page to schedule your visit, or turn up on the day, and choose the 'Gold' package. Our team will be happy to assist you in arranging a memorable animal handling experience.

Why can’t I hold the animals?

As per animal welfare legislations, animals are not held by visitors. Our experienced staff carry the animals around to visitors where you will have the opportunity to pet and interact with them. This creates a calmer, more enjoyable experience for the animals.

Why don’t you handle rabbits?

While rabbits can make exceptional pets and may enjoy being petted, many rabbits do not enjoy being picked up, especially by lots of people and can harm themselves and others if they kick out with their back legs! Therefore, our handling circles may prove stressful for this species and they are much better off being observed in their enclosures.

Can I interact with the other animals at the park?

Yes! We offer experiences with most of our animals at the park. Visit our "Experiences" page to find out more!
